Phone consultations

Mulling things over and over in your mind can be unsettling to the point of distraction.  Have you ever noticed that when you talk about something, you will often see it in a totally different context; as the words are coming out of your mouth, it can bring with it an understand that may not have surfaced before.

In a Phone consultation with me you will have:

• an opportunity to talk about something without any fear of judgment or criticism
• your parameters stretched but only to a level that feels safe for you
• a reassurance that the best advice comes from within and that it is authentic
• metaphysical concepts presented and explored
• encouragement to see the higher spiritual meaning of a given situation
  

There was a time I would have used the word ‘failure’ to describe some results of my life ventures but I no longer judge and criticize myself.  I welcome everything as an opportunity for growth.  If I am ready for the lesson, I will embrace it, if not I will put it aside till later.  I have changed many of my beliefs to arrive where I am now.  I can’t prove that what I believe is true, but it works for me; so maybe I will be able to help you redefine or discover some beliefs that will work for you.

I would describe myself as a woman who has gleaned much wisdom through her experiences over the years.  I have attended conferences, courses, read many books, and worked in natural healing for over 10 years.  Over and above all of this, I have tried to put into practice what I have learned. I have extended myself, pushed my boundaries, faced many fears, challenged myself; and above all, I am now able to see everything in my life as a positive step forward, no matter what is happening.
 

I don’t have all of your answers…. You do!

To achieve what I want, I may need to change often
I may have to give things two or three goes until I get it to work for me
I hear objective comment… not criticism
I create opportunities that may need a little improvement….  not failures
It is not what life presents but how I respond that is important
It is not about my results
It is about my choices

And I always, repeat always, have a choice
My choice is….. Do I want to experience the consequence of this choice, or would I rather experience the consequence of the other choice.  Every choice has a consequence, and sometimes I have chosen what I know, even though it is painful, rather than what I don’t know.

My vision can be clouded, and at best I will only see as far as the horizon.
I must sail to that horizon before I can see any further.
The waters aren’t always calm, and the journey challenging, but I now know everything is alright.

CHANGE is a constant, and hovers relentlessly

One of the most transforming beliefs that I have ever embraced is that I AM RESPONSIBLE for everything that shows up in my life; from any physical discomfort, to stressful relationships, to financial issues, to career challenges… absolutely everything.
 
Another belief that I hold is that good and bad is relative and related to a personal or collective value system.  This belief does not always sit well with the logic or understanding.

I believe that what is happening in this physical world is but the ‘tip of the iceberg’ and if we only look at the physical dimensions of a situation, then almost everything makes no sense.

Life is so much bigger, more complex and interwoven that our minds could ever begin to comprehend…
To stay comfortable, we say “it can not be”…..
That allows me to stay in the space of unchallenged and unchanged….
Existing in a world of wonder and excitement, sitting on the sidelines…
Watching not participating……..
